How long does each therapy session take?

Sessions range from 45-90 minutes depending on the service you are receiving. Individual sessions are 45-60 minutes. Intake sessions are 50-60 minutes. Couples sessions are 45-60 minutes. Yoga therapy is 60-90 minutes.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale rates. The sliding scale will be based on your income and access to insurance. 

What will my investment be?

Cost of service before insurance are as follows:

Intake (or initial session)- $225

Individual- $175

Couples- $225

Yoga therapy (self pay only)

Single sessions-

$200 for 60 minutes 

$300 for 90 minutes

Series of three sessions-

$550 for 3, 60 minute sessions

$850 for 3, 90 minute sessions

Series of five sessions-

$875 for 5, 60 minute sessions

$1350 for 5, 90 minute sessions

Half day intensive-

$650 for 3 hours of yoga therapy including an extended processing session after 90 minutes of yoga therapy

Full day intensive-

$1250 for 6 hours of yoga therapy including a 90 minute yoga therapy session, an extended processing session followed by another 60 minutes of yoga therapy and integration. â€‹

Couples Intensives (Intensives are self pay only)-

Half day intensive-

$650 for 3 hours of couples therapy completed over one day. This level of in-depth couples therapy can allow for more in depth work to either get a jump on the techniques and tools used throughout couples therapy when you are starting out, or allow for more time to dive into serious and difficult relationship issues.

Full day intensive-

$1250 for 6 hours of couples therapy completed over one day. This level of in-depth couples therapy is ideal for busy couples who want to deep dive into their relationship and really face and work through their issues. Some couples will book an entire weekend (two full day intensives) when facing especially difficult times or are attempting to recover from infidelity or grappling with deciding whether or not to separate or divorce.
