As a therapist for over 20 years, I have a great deal of experience assisting individuals and couples in meeting their goals. I will work with you to determine the areas in which you are struggling and help you to develop strategies to make the necessary changes.
Whether you are dealing with relationship struggles, anxiety, depressed feelings, eating disorders, or past trauma I will assist you with moving beyond these difficulties.
I'll work with you to help you connect with past hurts and trauma through mindfulness techniques and body awareness. This combination will allow you to develop greater awareness for how you are showing up in the world and how to change what you do not like about your current circumstances.

My approach to therapy is a holistic approach. I will work with you to heal mind, body & spirit through a variety of approaches. With over 20 years of experience treating clients, I found that despite ongoing traditional talk therapy and even psychotropic medications prescribed by their doctor some clients remained "stuck" and often struggled to find the relief they were seeking. To help combat this I went through yoga teacher training and became a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist. Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PRYT) combines traditional yogic practices with modern therapeutic techniques. Clients often describe a greater presence, a quieter mind, and deeper insights after PRYT sessions.
